Returns:

All return claims must be filed within 30 days and may be subject to a restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained before any items are to be accepted. A 15% restocking fee can be assessed for each item returned. Please make arrangements with Aviva Instruments Corp concerning any service, repair or returns. All shipment fees must be prepaid, we can send a purchased shipping call tag when needed. Shipping expenses are not refundable. All returned items ( other than warranty ) must be in as-new, resell-able condition. Any item that has been installed or used will not be accepted for return. Please note that certain built to order systems such as turbo packages, superchargers, control electronics, exhaust components are non-returnable or refundable.

Legality:

We make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. All original artwork and content is sole property of Aviva Instruments Corp.

Warranty:

All items sold are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased from other than Aviva Instruments Corp.

Payments & Shipping:

Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We accept payment methods by Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order, Bank transfer, Company check. Prices are in US Currency unless otherwise specified. Payments are not accepted until the order is ready to ship, or until design contract is initiated.  For built to order systems and packages, we may decline credit card purchases. Wholesale purchases and payments are to be by company check, wire-transfer or money order.  Payment is due in full before item will be released.

Claims:

All merchandise is verified to be in new condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost or damage via transit, you should immediately notify Aviva Instruments and the carrier ( FedEx, etc..). Our merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return the damage part without prior notification and issued RMA number.

Privacy Statement:

Aviva Instruments does not sell, rent, trade, or loan our customer's names, VIN number, email address or any other type of personally identifiable information we collect. You may receive information from us, detailing new products, tracking numbers for shipping, or new features on our website.
